When we asked questions, she was knowledgeable and able to get our questions answered immediately. She helped us find our auctioneer, who has also been amazing. The sale was quick, and she went through the process right nest to us, giving us the pros and cons. She was not just trying to make a sale, but do what was best for the buyers and us as the sellers. I grew up in the Youngstown area and moved to the Carolinas 10 years ago. My family and I decided to move back to the area to be near family. I found Maggie by a recommendation of my brother. We knew we wanted to live in the New Middletown area, which is also where Maggie lived. Before speaking with her, we originally were going to go with a different brokerage. But after speaking with Maggie, I didn't have to look elsewhere. She assured me we would find our dream home even in a short amount of period. She has a way of keeping you calm just by speaking with her and I knew I would need that through this journey.

Maggie went above and beyond for us. Since we were out of state, she went into each home as if she would be purchasing it for her family and showed us every detail we would need to see and never made us feel as if we were being too much.
